3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).

• Same-Name Transactions: All deposits and withdrawals must be made from the mobile number registered under the account holder's name.
• Transaction Verification: 101z may request additional documentation for unusual transactions.
• Third-Party Transactions Prohibited: Transacting through another person's mobile number or bank account is strictly prohibited.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please notify the support team. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it.

4 Bonus & Promotions Policy

101z offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotions page. It is the member's responsibility to read and comply with those terms.

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met.

7 Limitation of Liability

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Both the member and 101z have the right to close an account. However, under certain circumstances, 101z may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice.

• Member-Initiated Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.
• Suspended by 101z: Accounts may be suspended in cases of terms violations, suspicious activity, or failure to complete verification.
• Balance Refund: If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining valid balance will be returned.
• Bonus Forfeiture: If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any active bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
